Ace of Suedes is run by Hus Zekayi, whose family has worked this trade for three generations. His grandfather brought it to London in the 1960s, his father refined it, and Hus has spent over 35 years working these materials himself.

What happens once it is here

The order of events is the same whichever way your item arrives. It is assessed, you get a quote before any work is done, the work is carried out on site, and the piece comes back to you. If something cannot be saved, or if part of the job is not worth the money, you hear that at the quote stage and not after the invoice.
