Pack your items

Step – 1

Simply pack your item(s) in a suitable sized box or postal bag along with your details.

Step – 2

Please download and include in your package our customer contact and consent form. This should include your return address information, and any specific instructions.

Click below to arrange the collection and sending of your item(s) through Royal Mail.
Use Royal Mail
We would recommend their recorded special delivery service, but you are free to use any method or courier of your choice.

A member of our team will be in touch once your item(s) have arrived safely to confirm costs and discuss further. We will also send our BACS transfer details for payment purposes.

The team at Ace of Suedes will then work their magic! This usually takes around a week to 10 days.

Return Postage

Step – 6

We will then organise the return postage upon completion which is usually £15 per item. This covers up to 2kg in weight and insurance up to £750. This is for Royal Mail, recorded special delivery. Please let us know if you require a higher level of insurance.
