Ace of Suedes offer our services nationwide by use of a trusted postal service with Royal Mail Recorded Special Delivery.


Pack your items

Step – 1

Simply pack your item(s) in a suitable sized box / postal bag.


Provide details

Step – 2

Please include in your package your return address, contact details and signed consent form.


Take to post office

Step – 3

We would recommend Royal Mail, recorded special delivery – but you are welcome to use a courier of your choice.


Customer Support

Step – 4

A member of our team will be in touch once your item(s) have arrived safely to confirm costs and discuss further. We will also send our BACS transfer details for payment purposes.

Step – 5

The team at Ace of Suedes will then work their magic! This usually takes around a week to 10 days.


Return Postage

Step – 6

We can then organise the return postage upon completion which is usually £15 per item. This covers up to 2kg in weight and insurance up to £500. This is for Royal Mail, recorded special delivery. Please let us know if you require a higher level of insurance.
